Help answer the question about used farm tractor
I'm wanting to paint my bronco with tractor paint. Can I shoot it with a Wagner Power Painter?
I've got a 1990 Ford Bronco that needs a new paint job. It's a trail truck, so it's going to get some used farm tractor rock-rash and tree/brush scuffs, so I don't want to drop a lot of money on a nice paint job, but I still want it to look decent. So, after a ton of research, I decided to go with tractor paint. (The paint they shoot on farming implements, tractors, metal pipes and tanks, etc.) My question is...can I shoot it with a Wagner power painter, or do I have to use a compressor/paint gun? Thanks!

Any such exemption would be at the local level with your appraisal board. However, I doubt a few cows is enough to qualify.
we just did this project in my 7th grade science class like 2 weeks ago.. i would do the chloroplast as like the tractor.. mitochondria as the farmer.. ribosomes as animals.. nucleolus as the animal food.. lysosome is the combine. good luck!!
try a test light
maybe in 3 years when you turn 18. but not much into farm stuff. i’m a city guy/
They are harvested with a self-propelled combine. Here is a picture of a one-unit combine:http://www.oznet.ksu.edu/fieldday/kids/pictures/kidsfield600/cg_soybean_combine.jpgAnd a video of such:http://video.google.com/videosearch?q=harvesting+soybeans&emb=0#There is also the type that attaches to a regular tractor, but I could not find a picture for that one. That is they type of combine that my uncle has on his cash crop farm.In our part of the Midwest, we get 40 bushels per acre, which is about a metric ton per acre.
First, 2×4 means it has four wheels and only two of them drive the tractor. Of course 4×4 means all four wheels drive the tractor. The four wheel drive is nice for hills, wet areas, snow, where additional traction is needed. It doesn’t give the tractor more power, just more traction. If you are mowing flat, dry ground this sounds like a viable option. Note, if you find that you need more traction you can put tire chains on the drive wheels. Talk to the guy that is selling it, if he is above board he will tell you about the limitations of the tractor. Have him look at your property or bring the tractor over and demenstrate it.
Go to your local auto paint supplier or call and ask. They will not only tell your the right kind, but the correct amount to use.
While I agree that some equipment may need to be altered any unit that has been in service since 1991 should be able to use at least a mixture or Bio-Diesel blend. B20 at least. Is there a clean out period? Yes, Generally the first few tankfuls will require an extra fuel filter change or two but once the guck is cleaned out most people notice no difference.
Dear Mr. Rayson,Please contact TAFE ( Tractor And Farm Equipments Ltd.,). In Coimbatore they are located at:-TAFE Access Ltd.,27-C, Race Course Road.Phone: 2223233 / 2220968 / 2222843.Good luck.
I know they have off road fuel at the cenex on 512 and SR7(pacific ave) its dyed so no permit is needed just cash -the dye tells the tax man right quick what “PAPERWORK” to give you if they find ANY that has a hose or connection to your engine
It is possible to do this, but it’s not a good idea. Jet fuel – kerojet (kerosene) – has chemical properties such that it does not combust at the same temperature and pressure in a diesel engine than diesel fuel does. It is a good deal spendier per gallonm than no. 2 diesel anyways, so why speculate?
The illegals will have to pay the coyote more to bring ‘em over in the trunk.
Hey, I have a really old (1960’s) Case tractor too. Got a flat in the shed last winter, and i had to change the tire on it myself (yes, the big back tire). blocked the tires, used a bottle jack and floor jack, got the rim loose, took off the tire, and then let the axle down to rest on a big oak stump. rolled the tire ( like as tall as my chest) to a place where i have a ledge in my yard where i could roll it into the back of my pick up truck. Anyways, to answer your question, i dont have any links, but i would suggest going to a local feed store- we have a MFA here in MO that has an associated tractor/truck repair facility. I would check that out first. they might also have access to a rim or can fix the one you have. otherwise, if where you live is like where i am, drive around to farm implement dealers- used fields of rusty stuff type places and see if you can find one. GL. will edit my answer if i find links, but shipping would be crazy for something that big anyways.
In most states the law requires that you post an ad stating that there is an abandoned vehicle on your property in the paper for a specified period of time (3 weeks to a month) then you take the proof of that publication to the DMV and ask them to issue a title on an abandoned vehicle.I would google the New Mexico vehicle code to be sure that this law applies in your state, and to get the exact steps.
Apparently not. No one has heard of this program, sorry.
Check out http://midwestauction.com/auctions.htm#Illinois for auction dates and places.Farm auctions are always the best place for quality equipment at a low price. Just make sure you know what you are looking at, for their are some auctioneers that will attempt to take advantage of the unknowledgable buyer.

Kubota. Our little Kubota front loader can do absolutely anything. It’s 15 years old and still running strong with minimal maintenance. Had such great success with it that we got the Kubota RTV and zero-radius lawn mower as well.
